Without a light,

I cannot see

Through the darkness

Hiding inside of me.

What's gone wrong?

The world's gone cold,

And instead of

Falling in love,

I've fallen

Into snow.

It hurts,

With nothing to

Ease the pain.

It's as if

My heart's been

Ripped out of my chest,

Still beating,

Still breathing,

Still bleeding.

Without a light,

All I can see,

Is the darkness

Living inside of me.
